Tax deductions for donations

40% Amounts exceeding €250.
45% Donations from the 3rd year onwards.
Provided that it exceeds €250.
Legal Entities
40% Donations made.
50% Donations from the 3rd year onwards.
Whenever donations are made to the same entity in amounts equal to or greater than the amounts donated in the previous two years.
